Are your products Halal ?

All of our products are selected by our team of experts to ensure they are free from any ingredients and substances that are not halal. In addition, all our products are approved by the UAE's Food and Drug Authority.

Are your products authentic ?

We take pride in our products and are the authorized supplier of many brands featured on our website. All products are 100% original. You can also visit the brands' websites, where you'll find Druvn's listed as an official supplier.

Can I remove, add, or change items in my order after it has been placed ?

Once an order is placed, we're unable to make changes to it. However, if you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can assist with canceling your current order so you can place a new one.

What are the available payment options ?

We accept:

- Online Payments: Credit/Debit Cards

- Cash On Delivery

- Monthly installments: Soon we will be accepting Tabby, and Tamara.

 I received my order with missing/damaged items, what can I do ?

- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible, making sure to share the order number and details about the missing or damaged items. 

- Provide Evidence: If possible, send us a photo of the damaged items, packaging, and LOT number (found next to the expiry date) if applicable.

- We'll Make It Right: We’ll review your information and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.

What is your refund policy ?

To view our refund & returns policy, visit https://www.druvn.com/policies/refund-policy. Please note that there are no returns or refunds for food and sport nutrition items once delivered to you. For all other physical products, a return / refund request must be submitted within 14 days from receiving the order.

Does Druvn have any stores or showrooms ?

We are purely an online retailer, but for products exclusively distributed by us, you will be able to find it in other stores or other channels. To know which stores will have our products, keep an eye on updates in our website, social media channels by subscribing to our newsletter and notifications.
